We have rigorous quality control system in all milling stages . For Example , the wheat obtaining from the source , we request for the official certificates from the supplier and the concerned governmental departments such as Health Ministry and Agriculture Ministry confirming the quality of the wheat . In addition to that , the wheat is tested in our laboratories to make sure that it meets all the standards and qualifications we agreed on such as Gluten , Protein , Humidity , Insect and Fungi free and following by the biological tests for the product and for the water used in the grinding process . Also performing the chemical and physical tests on the flour during the process of milling and packaging Regarding the storage , we do have storage area inside our mills that comply with storage standards by controlling :- * the temperature which does not exceed 25 c * And ensuring a healthy climate which prevents any sneaking of air , insects and any other affecting conditions .
